2027 IBBA World Championships Australian Team Fundraiser

ABBA is asking bowls clubs across Australia to consider making a donation to support the 2027 Australian IBBA World Championship Team. Every contribution, large or small, will make a meaningful difference in helping our athletes represent Australia with pride.

The ABBA Australian Team for the 2027 IBBA World Championships is currently being selected at the 2026 ABBA National Championships Selection Trials on the 19th and 20th of May.

Representing Australia on the international stage is a significant honour, but it also comes with substantial financial challenges. Despite our efforts, ABBA has so far been unsuccessful in securing government or corporate funding for this campaign. As a result, the costs of participation must be met through a combination of ABBA contributions and those from the players and directors themselves.

ABBA is asking bowls clubs across Australia to consider making a donation to support the 2027 Australian IBBA World Championship Team. Every contribution, large or small, will make a meaningful difference in helping our athletes represent Australia with pride. As a token of appreciation, all donations of $100 or more will be entered into a draw to win a set of Henselite bowls, please see terms and conditions in link below.
